I have extensive experience in administrative roles across various fields. From my previous roles, I have learnt to multitask, work independently, manage my time effectively, and communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues - which makes me proud. I am able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and I am a quick learner - I do not require much guidance to complete a task. Of course, I have a keen habit of asking questions. What makes me most accomplished is my relationship with my colleagues. While working in Malaysia, I only focused on being effective at work, but working in Singapore has taught me the importance of building strong relationships within the company. As a result, I have become the main communication channel between my department and others in the company. My colleagues are always willing to seek my help because of my friendly nature. I always provide support to my department and even assist my manager. This has earned me the approval of both my former manager and colleagues. Therefore, with this new opportunity in the healthcare field, I am confident that I can provide exceptional support to both patients in need and my colleagues, drawing on my past experiences in diverse areas such as customer service, emotional support, documentation, insurance knowledge, problem-solving, and organisational skills. I am aware that a patient is different from a customer. As a PSA, it is important to serve patients with passion, a friendly manner, and a warm heart. My experience of caring for my father in a hospital environment is a testament to my belief in this. The role of PSA is a new experience for me and I believe this can be a new beginning of my life.

  • Create all the shipping documents, for example, tax invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order, etc
  • Coordinate with the operations department with respect to necessary documents, the arrival date of items at the warehouse and the date of container return
  • Collaborate with the accounts department regarding required documentation, payments, and invoices
  • Liaise with the manager to note the entirety of the shipment and provide a report to them
  • Monitored and tracked shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimise delays
  • Oversee several shipments within a one to two-month period.
