Summary

I started my career as a Sales Promoter for P1 Internet Services, where I consistently hit my targets. This led to a job offer from HSBC as a Customer Acquisition Officer. After 2 months, I was transferred to Standard Chartered's Credit Card department, where I became the top agent, closing 52 credit cards in a month and holding that top spot for 3 months.

In March 2021, I joined Grab Singapore as a Grab Support agent. By November 2021, I was made a permanent staff member due to strong performance. I mentored new hires, helped with escalated cases, and supported backlog work. After 6 months of consistent effort, I was promoted to Team Manager.

As a Team Manager, I:

  • Created simple guidelines to help new staff learn faster
  • Set up service recovery processes to maintain service quality
  • Organized team bonding activities to improve teamwork and morale
  • Improved escalation procedures for faster issue resolution
  • Took live calls to guide and support team members during disputes

These efforts helped my team reach Top 3 in performance within 3 months, even against more experienced managers.

Recently, I accepted an offer from United Overseas Bank as a Senior Customer Service Officer in the Fraud Team.
