• Respond to emails and other correspondences to facilitate effective communication and enhance business processes.
• Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for smooth business trips for the COO and clients.
• Improve time management of the executive through effective prioritization and organization of tasks.
• Arrange supplies for the office and manage available resources.

Sustainable Development

• Establish new collaborations and partnerships in the area pertaining to resources and the environment.
• Work closely with internal departments on different projects, education, and awareness programs.
• Work closely with groups and hotels on reports and other initiatives.

Other Projects:

• Plan, execute, and run the operations in the kids club.
• Plan for special programs.

• Plan, lead, execute, monitor, and review sustainable initiatives for hotels, inclusive of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and projects.
• Design and share programs on education and awareness for employees.
• Compile and review information for annual report and sustainability report for Berhad and REIT.
• Process improvement for daily operating tasks to increase the quality of work.
