Project management of system integration and automation

1. RPA - Robotic Process Automation Project to automate 90% of the human processing involved in personal internet banking transactions.

2. Outsourcing project - loan interest rate adjustment processes at ICBC ChengDu.

3. RPP (Retail E-Payment Platform) PayNet Project.

• In charge Telekom Malaysia (TM) contract billing, which includes creating billing strategy, reviewing billing materials, activating the system's billing trigger, and resolving any invoice related issues for customers.
• Assist Contract Managers in managing contract issues by understanding commercial contracts, including payment terms and associated conditions.

• Manage business banking and Premier customer account opening, bankruptcy check, company search and KYC in accordance with the bank's due diligence procedures.
• One-stop shop for debit card marketing and sales, as well as trading in foreign currency notes.
• Deliver monthly business targets by working in a team of 2 sales representatives.
• Deal with over-the-counter clients to provide international banking needs - wire transfer, cash transactions, cheque processing and fixed deposits.
• Ensure that all banking transactions adhere to the provisions of the AMLA and FEA Rules.
