

Dedicated Medical Officer with over four years of post-internship clinical experience, currently practicing as a Resident Geriatric Medical Officer. GMC-registered (UK) with MRCP (UK) Part 1 and 2 completed. Experienced in independently managing acutely unwell patients across general medicine and geriatric settings, with autonomous clinical decision-making in high-acuity ward environments.
Strong advocate for patient-centered geriatric care, with particular interest in frailty, polypharmacy, falls prevention, and multidisciplinary team (MDT)-based management. Demonstrated experience in ward leadership, acute care, teaching, clinical governance, and public health initiatives, including stroke and epilepsy awareness.
Competent in a wide range of procedures including central venous and haemodialysis catheter insertion, lumbar puncture, pleural procedures, airway management, and advanced resuscitation, with additional exposure to endoscopic and specialized investigations
Demonstrates independent management of acutely unwell patients, leading ward care, MDT coordination, and emergency responses
Actively involved in teaching and leadership, including organizing hospital-wide stroke training, facilitating MDT meetings, and supervising junior doctors
Possesses strong skills in clinical leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
Delivered health education sessions to promote understanding of aging-related health issues and geriatric care
