Product Rationalization and Modularization

• Establishing the foundation: A definitive list of which products survive the rationalization and a design blueprint for the reusable components (interest
  rates, fees, rewards) that any future product can plug into
• Clean the house: Streamline the existing product portfolio to ensure each product fits within the product framework
• Bridge to technology: Develop a detailed plan for integrating this new modular business strategy with the ongoing Core Banking Transformation

• Perform review and control testing to ensure processes in CFS LOB’s operation ascertain the level of good regulatory compliance.
• Responsible and ensure all activities of quality assurance and control testing to fulfill the regulation requirement.
• Identify gaps (if any)and provide recommendation of improvement after performing review/testing
• Liaison with stakeholders if necessary and to ensure any findins are rectified within stipulated timeline.

• Identify issues in requirements, design specification, system / technical specification and product specification to ensure testing coverage & traceability.
• Define testing scope / matrix with assessing Impact Analysis or FSD from various aspects to cover e2e validation & verification, ensuring sufficient testing scope to mitigate testing risk.
• Test Cases & Data – preparing data with complete necessary details (i.e: logical steps, test data, test devices), able to understand requirement and functional documentation to develop test scripts and established traceability with requirements in JIRA
• Defect Logging - provided details, correct description, evidence of screen captured, correct values & definition for defect Severity in issue which reported in QC, link test case to defect.
• Handle the day to day testing activities, coordinate and follow up with relevant stakeholders or small team to resolve testing issues independently.
• Contribute to the reduction of UAT/ production defects.
• Develop and maintain test artefacts across all test levels.SIT, UAT, UT, Sanity, Regression, Performance.
• Work with developers, business stakeholders and other testing resources from the project and the business in completion of testing requirements.
• Generate reports that give visibility of testing progress accurately, promptly and quality.
• Learn & build automation scripting capability with UFT to support RBS Automation Regression efficiency and UCO.

• Establish and manage the centralized development and testing environment to support IT Transformation program.
• Establish testing process for the centralized development and testing environment
• Assisted users with diagnosis of software and hardware issues and concerns.

• Assist Lead Consultant in project delivery for three MSC-Status Companies with involvement in Gap Assessment, Risk Assessment and Mock Assessment and also assist in final certification
• To assist in performing Process Mapping of the client
• To prepare process documents in CMMI V1.2,CMMI Services, ISO 20000-1:2005 and ISO 27001:2005 consulting projects; to review and verify documents submitted by clients
• Involve in preparing Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Form Template for ISO 20000-1:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 documentation standard
• To involve in pre-sales and sales activities by accompanying the Marketing team to sales meeting
• To manage client relationships at the team member and user levels (Malaysia, Singapore, Jakarta, Philippines)

• Managing 152 (Malaysian’s Government Official Websites) accounts of Managed Portal Services websites.
• Monitor closely 16 Partners on their development progress.
• Produce Audit and Performance Report on Partners
• Audit Partners on their resources and infrastructure.
• Coordinates all Partner meetings, workshops, trainings, pre-commissioning or any activities with client.
• Monitoring 94 programmers on their progress of web site development.
• Managing and oversees the flow of Solution Department’s daily operations.
• Assisting and monitoring Quality Assurance activities within department.

• Managed and coordinated technical data, documents and construction drawings for timely update to various key users.

• Handled all the resources obtained from the State Government and compiled it to become a single document.
