Product Price Benchmarking & Marketing Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop project details and marketing materials; monitor APDL submission and approvals.

Tender Award, Construction & Site Management

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely contract awards through comprehensive tender processes.
• Monitor site progress and provide feedback to management to support project objectives.
• Plan stage billing in alignment with sales and construction progress to enhance cash flow.
• Conduct regular site visits and co-chair coordination meetings with contractors and subcontractors to ensure the efficient project execution.

Project and Common Amenities Hand-Over

• Manage the CCC process, including Authority Inspections & Compliance, and filing of Borang F.
• Oversee the handover of infrastructure utilities such as roads, water tanks, streetlights, and sewage treatment plants (STPs).

• Assist in preparing and managing master infrastructure programmes to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate design development with consultants and conducte design reviews with a focus on value engineering and compliance.
• Liaise with authorities and consultants to secure timely approvals and manage submission processes.
• Oversee tender processes by coordinating documentation, verifying variations, and ensuring timely contract awards.
• Monitor site progress, participate in project meetings, and support project delivery within budget, timeline, and client standards.
