• Handling all the Sushi Zanmai Franchisee outlet
• Visit all the franchisee outlets monthly and conduct audit report on it, report to Franchisee
owner and our F&B director
• Ensure Franchisee outlets are performing. If not find out for the problem and improve of it. For
example, Payroll over budget or Gross profit is too low
• Counseling all the franchisee manager when it is needed
• Guide the new joining franchisee how to operate a restaurant, from A to Z. For example,
recruitment, training, outlet set up and so on
• Prepare and in charge of all the Sushi Zanmai Outlet Opening
• Handling all the new project of Sushi Zanmai such as be a merchant partners of Grab food,
understand and guide all the managers and staffs regarding the ways of using new POS system
Creating a SOP of new initiatives to educate and guide all the staffs to prevent any confusing
when it is launched.
• Daily task : Be a rotate manager to all the Sushi Zanmai outlet □
• Taking care the outlet operation and ensure all the customers are satisfied with the food and
the service
