• Scope of responsibility includes the administration of JKR District Office comprising of Administrative, Road & Building (Project & Maintenance) & Education Units. The office was supported with 5 Engineers, 5 Technical Assistants and approximately 200 supporting workforces.
• The main functions of the PWD District Office were administration, preparation of development and maintenance budgets for state and federal roads, preparation of contract documents for school projects, state building projects and some of the road works and supervision.
• Also as technical adviser to the government in the district of
  Seremban.
• Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the JKR
  District office Human resources, procurements, finance, public
  complaints & office administration.
• Directing the road and building projects program in the district
  Managing multiple roads and building projects (State & Federal projects) from planning, design, procurement, construction and hand-over phases.
• Directing the roads and buildings maintenance management
  program in the district Planning, implementation, monitor &
  control of maintenance program
• Directing and managing the roadside development affecting JKR
  roads in the district

Also involved in the construction of not less than 30 schools projects comprising construction new primary and secondary schools and additional blocks to the existing schools.

Principle Assistant Director (KPPJ Road) (J-48) , JKR Federal
Territory Labuan.

• The main responsibility was to assist Director of PWD Labuan in the construction of Road Project and its maintenance program. Beside road projects was given special task in the rehabilitation work for Sports Complex of Labuan and Naval Base & Airstrip Extension at Terumbu Layang Layang.
• Some of the major works carried out were New Road of Jalan
  Bebuluh-Temiang, upgrading Jalan Lubuk Temiang , new drainage system in the town of Labuan.
• Carried out the study and proposals of Road Projects under 10 th
  Malaysian Plan as to complete the road network on the Island of
  Labuan.

District Engineer (J-48) , JKR Kluang , Johor.

• Scope of responsibility includes the administration of JKR District Office comprising of Administrative, Road & Building (Project & Maintenance), Education Units. The office was supported with 2 Engineers, 5 Technical Assistants and approximately 250 supporting workforces.
• The main functions of the PWD District Office were administration, preparation of development and maintenance budgets for state and federal roads, preparation of contract documents for school projects state building projects and some of the road works & its supervision.
• Also as technical adviser to the government in the district of Dungun. Some of the major works undertaken during the duration of office includes the construction of Jalan Paloh, Upgrading of Route Road Kluang Mersing , SM Sains Kluang, Additional Blok Intan kluang, Kg Medan Mosque. Army Quarters Kem Mahkota, Also involved in the construction of not less than 30 schools projects comprising construction new primary and secondary schools and additional blocks to the existing schools.

District Engineer ( J-44) , JKR Marang, Terengganu.

• Scope of responsibility includes the administration of JKR district
  office, comprising of Administrative, Road, Building, Water and
  Maintenance units. The office was supported with 1
  Engineer, 4 Technical Assistant and about 200 supporting
  workforces.
• Some of the major works undertaken during the duration of office
  includes Upgrading Marang Wakaf Tapai road project, Contruction of Jalan Gong Beris, Construction of Jalan Gondang Gong Nangka, Pengkalan Berangan Bridge, Construction and completion Bridge across Sg Merchang, Construction District Office Complexs Marang, Marang Mosque and not less than 30 school projects.

Assistance Director (J41) , Sabah Federal Development Departments (JPPS)

• Responsible to the Deputy Director (Technical) and to the Director of Sabah Federal Development department (JPPS).
• Coordination works between all Federal Ministry, State Ministry,
  state JKR and JKR HQ on all federal projects in the state.
• Financial and physical progress reporting on all Federal projects
  in the state to the central agency, EPU, ICU, treasury.
• Design and preparation of tender document for federal projects.
• Evaluation of proposal from the tenderer in a Design and Build
  Tender to ensure the compliance and conformance to need
  statement
• A member of series of meeting i.e. Technical Meeting, Site
  Meeting, Coordination Meeting, Price Negotiation Meeting, etc
• Evaluation of Consultant’s personnel technical capability for the
  appointment of Resident Engineer
• Monitor and control physical and financial progress against the
  agreed baseline
• Monitor, control and audit works according to the Quality

  Federal road and bridges projects.

Project Engineer ( J-41) , Unit JKR Felda Johor Utara, Segamat
Johor. (Branch Office Of Unit Feda N. Sembilan/Johor Utara)

• Heading the Unit of Felda Negeri Sembilan dan Johor Utara.
  Scope of responsibility includes the Contract administration and
  supervision Construction of Perkampungan Gugusan Felda
  Pemanis, Jalan Masuk dan Perkampungan Gugusan Felda Redong, Jalan Masuk dan Perkampungan Felda Maokil, Gugusan Felda Palong Timur, District of Segamat, Johor.
• Design and construction supervision Water reticulation work including supervision construction of Waterworks Reservoir at above Gugusan Felda.
• The main responsibility was to help the office in the implement of rural water supply system in the Felda Wilayah Johor Utara. Also carried out improvement to the existing water supply scheme as to increase the capacity to meet the demand. This involved in the planning, design, determine reliable source of water (ground water, surface water) and pipe laying.
