Client : Malaysia Ministry of Transport (MOT).

Project Info : Upgrading of Ballasted Single Track to Electrified Double Track.

• Prepared a variety of different written communications, reports and documents to ensure smooth operations.
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
• Approve and rejecting the Quality of ballast from quarry before delivery to site.
• Managing for ballast sampling at quarry with Independent Consultant, In-house Consultant and Main Contractor.
• Control and arrange for ballast testing at hired Independent Laboratory for project and liaise with Consultant and Main Contractor.
• Inspect for ballast stockpile, bottom ballast and top ballast Quality at site.
• Attend for Pre-transfer over and Transfer over of permanent formation from Infra team to Trackwork team.
• Responsible for checking Quality of Sleeper by doing visual inspection at site.
• Arrange and complete for Laying bottom and top ballast, Quick Cut and Slew, AT Welding, Flash Butt Welding, Installation of rail at site.

• Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
• Completed construction of Temporary Kulai Depot, Temporary Track Diversion and Permanent Double Track which involved of infra and trackwork.
• Liaise with Contractor and advice on technical design specifications to maintain the quality of work.
• Responsible to sign and give comments Request of Inspection before and after work done by Contractor.
• Witnessing, inspecting and approving / rejecting for trackwork : sleeper spacing and squareness, AT Welding (ATW), Flash Butt Welding (FBW), Ultrasonic Test (UT Test), rail de-stressing and roll over of locomotive upon completing of work.
• Witnessing, inspecting and approving / rejecting for infra work : Drainage, sump, culvert, Remove and Replace (R&R), Field Density Test (FDT), cube test and hydro seeding for slope treatment.
• Attend and witnessing for every lab testing required for the project including sleeper slow bend test, proof test for welding portion etc.
• Attend factory visit for material inspection.
• Assisting Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) by updating daily work progress, liaise with Designer at HQ in order to comply the specification for the concurrent work at site

Project : (Malaysia) Menaiktaraf Laluan B1&B202 Meru ke Klang.

Client : Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR).

Project Info : Upgrading Road from 2 Lanes to 4 Lanes for 6.0km long.

• Worked closely with Client, Consultant and Sub-Contractor to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete projects.
• Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
• Supervise 40 project employees including in-house contractors, general workers and sub-contractors.
• Attend meeting (sometime be a chair meeting) and discuss project detail with client, consultant and sub-contractor.
• Liaise and discuss with Consultant on technical design specifications to meet the quality end along with cost for project before proceed work at site.
• Managing for site constructions progress, materials and document by preparing weekly and monthly schedule.
• Liaise and control all sub-contractor activities and material supplier for project.
• Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Report to submit to Client (JKR) and perform slide presentation to present in Monthly Meeting with committee.
• Perform Memo and Official Letter to Client, Consultant and other professional bodies that involved in Project.
• Prepare and update monthly progress using Microsoft Project (CPM) and liaise with hired Planner to meet the end result.
• Attend factory visit and approve material on site.
• Control number of filings (Incoming, Outgoing, material, Receive Order, Purchase Order and Delivery Order).
• Completed for building construction of Guardhouse SMK Meru starting from foundation until rooftop including drainage system and electrical system.

• Worked closely with Design Engineer to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete projects.
• Assigned to be one of a committee member to prepare report study for a mega flood project in Johor Bharu.
• Completed a design of a signboard starting from foundation up till column by using Microsoft Excel.
• Performed the design by drawing it using Quick Sign 2.2 and Autocad Software 2012.
• Assist a draughter to edit / update project drawings using Autocad Software 2012.
• Went for site visit / site inspection Project Upgrading road from 2 lanes to 4 lanes from (Chainage 0.0m until Chainage 6000.0m) in Meru, Klang.
• Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.
