1. Baking Duties
Prepare and bake Rotiboy buns and other bakery products according to company standards
Ensure product quality, freshness, and consistency
Monitor oven temperature and baking time
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Manage stock levels of ingredients and report shortages
2. Cashier Duties
Handle customer orders and process payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
Issue receipts and manage daily cash transactions
Provide friendly customer service and answer product inquiries
Handle customer complaints professionally
Ensure the cashier counter area is clean and organized
3. General Responsibilities
Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow food safety and company SOP guidelines
Assist in opening and closing the outlet
