1.To perform credit admin functions which includes data maintenance, loan disbursement and follow-up / monitoring of covenants and perfection of security offered.

2.To protect and ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for loan documentation and disbursements. Monitor and ensure deliverables are achieved within set standard.

2.Liaison with solicitor/valuer and ARM to ensure documentations are in order /perfected in accordance with internal policies and in line with regulatory and legal requirements. Alert management if there are issues of concern which requires further attention.

3.Responsible for the accuracy of data creation/maintenance for accounts under his/her portfolio.

4.Ensure compliance to internal guideline & procedures for timely monitoring and tracking of all pre and post disbursement conditions imposed.

5.Monitor and follow up on security documents.

6.Attend to customer’s request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively.

7.Collaborate with team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience.

8.To maintain proper records and audit trails for all work related matters, source documents, manuals and to ensure not placing the Bank in any compromising situation.

9.Assist in preparation of management /ad-hoc reports.
