· Lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument maintenance disciplines

· Manage daily PTW for all maintenance activities (Toolbox meeting to progress meeting). 0 PTW violation throughout active duty.

· Plan and execute PPM & CM ensuring completion and compliance to PMMS. Achieved 100% PPM completion every month.

· Lead RCPS for failures and breakdowns together with site team.

· Drive HSE implementation at site, organize weekly drills, audits, walkabouts. Achieved 1 million LTI free manhours, zero LOPC throughout career.

· Spearhead facility turnaround maintenance activity planning, coordination, resources, logistics, manpower, execution, and start-up. Achieved full and timely completion of all activities with zero LTI.

· Oversee sparing strategy, storage, & purchasing.

· Prepare Field Improvement Plan (FIP) to enhance work process, facility, and equipment i.e. completed improvement on firewater pump maintenance hatch which reduced pump removal by 4 days.

· Manage all equipment and process deviations at site via MOC or PTW certificates. Track, follow-up, and close-out outstanding MOCs.

· Prepare annual maintenance budget and work program for 2015 and 2016.

· Support 3rd party (non-routine) maintenance activities by reviewing work pack, provide bedding & logistics planning, PTW approval, joint site supervision.

· Support PMT project team activities by providing Operations' input and feedback during the various stages of project implementation up to commissioning i.e. KASS-A-tie in, F9JT-A Infill Drilling, PFLNG Topside tie-in. Supported F12 & AJK projects.

· Operate and maintain Malaysia's first subsea facility (KASS-A) and supported the tie-in for World's first FLNG (PFLNG).

• Support and coordinate operations for PC4 and Kumang Cluster gas production facilities:
• Assist with day-to-day operations and maintenance by coordinating with various technical & support parties.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations to review all issues pertaining operations.
• Acted as HSE liaison who manages the HSE implementation groundwork, reporting, information cascading. Also managed the review of Kumang's first Operation HSE case.
• Prepare, coordinate, and document all MOCs, risk assessment, FIP, CWR, etc.
• Perform feasibility study for FIP & CWR.
• Coordinate and support HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, RCPS, & RCFA for operation issues.
• Assist in budget preparation for operation.

· Responsible for STPF, LTPF, IAP, Daily Production Report, Monthly Target Letter for offshore oil facility
