• Supervised and maintained accurate inventory levels for rubber hoses, fittings, connectors, and related accessories across the factory (Autocount)
• Optimized factory space utilization with layout planning and storage organization.
• Oversee physical stock receiving and system entry of Goods Receive Note (GRN) for all international and local shipments
• To flag slow-moving, dead stock, and damaged inventory, notify management for clearance, disposal, or repurposed for new product
• Analyze stock movement data to identify irregular patterns such as unexpected stock reductions, excess movements, or unrecorded transfers, and escalated findings to management

· Maintain a network of shipowners and operators and consistently supply them cargo leads from our close charterers

· Manage high volume international email circulations for cargo opportunities and building rapport with brokers & agents

· Participate in cargo tenders, negotiate freight rates and charter terms to fix charter party

· Manage post fixture operations for dry bulk voyages, coordinating between shipowners, charterers, and port agents

· Monitor vessel performance and voyage progress against charter party terms, including laytime, demurrage, and despatch calculations

• Manage recruitment and digital onboarding of delivery partners and drive fleet expansion for E-Commerce delivery services
• Designed and delivered training modules to educate partners on the use of The Lorry’s proprietary driver app-based ecosystem
• Negotiated and persuaded vendors to commit resources, support, and priority allocation to the business unit by presenting mutual business value and growth opportunities
• To act as primary point of contact for delivery partners for system troubleshooting and conveying issues to product managers
• Collaborate with data analysts to monitor individual delivery performance, partner’s earning potential, seasonal trends and high delivery zones within klang valley
