ACHIEVEMENTS


  • Enhancement of Risk Management Function and roll-out of Risk Management Framework to Group-wide;
  • Conducted the first Business Continuity live simulation test (2017);
  • Established the Group Discretionary Authority Limit document;
  • Conducted the inaugural Setia Risk Forum 2018 and yearly forum which includes physical, hybrid and on-line forum (during MCO);
  • Established Risk KPI for Business Units Group-wide;
  • Establishment of the new Group Sustainability Unit which includes establishment of the policies and framework.
  • Establishment of the new Group Integrity and Government Department as per the Prime Minister's Directive 2018, which includes establishment of the policies and framework;
  • Published the Anti-Bribery Policy and Procedures on Setia's website in June 2020 as per the Bursa's requirement;
  • Proposed the establishment of centralised Vendor Management Unit and tabled the proposed transformation/centralisation plan for Setia in 2021;
  • Lead the commencement of the Anti-Bribery and Management System (“ABMS”) certification for Setia Group;
  • Established the detailed ESG Scorecard to be aligned to the Green Roadmap, which includes targets for Scope 1, 2 and 3 for 2024;
  • Involved and resolved major investigation assignments and other whistle-blowing cases reported via the Whistle-blowing Channels;

  • Established yearly risk awards to inculcate risk management culture and mindset;
