- Handle additional (new join staff) and deletion (resign staff) of email as well as system log in for all employee.
- Handle of new join requirement (safety shoe, safety vest, ID card, stationery item, handbook & e-clinic username and password.)
- Maintained the contract /foreign worker listing, documentation, evaluation, and liaise with supplier to complete all the manpower requisition for all account.
- Check all the contract/foreign worker invoice, summary of attendance by referring the punch card provided by the supplier.
- To undertake any special assignments by YCH management.
