-Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

-Oversee complete set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation processes.

-Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

-Prepare the intercompany settlement report and trade agent report

-Process Monthly staff claims and Petty Cash claims

-Prepare SOP for invoice financing

-complete and file SST and withholding tax submission

-Coordinate efforts with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government authorities
