1. IT Project Manager (3-Years Project Contract “2021-2024”)
Project: Upgrading IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation
- Led the comprehensive revamp of the KPDRM's IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring a seamless transition to digitalization into the ERP system for the entire department and organization. Managed a project budget of RM6,996,000, overseeing all phases from tender to completion
- Directed the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure, utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Developed a new system encompassing thirteen (13) digital application modules tailored for the entire organization into ERP system & mobile apps with included power BI analysis.
- Implemented a complete overhaul of the IT infrastructure, including structured cabling, LAN & WAN networking, ISP, data center rooms, servers, backup storage, network security, PCs, notebooks, etc.
- Planned and managed all phases of project implementation, including Business Requirement Specification (BRS), User Requirement Specification (URS), System Requirement Specification (SRS), System Design Specification (SDS), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Acceptance Testing (PAT), and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Effectively allocated project resources, including manpower and financial planning.
- Delivered projects in alignment with agreed deliverables and contractual obligations.
- Proactively monitored project status and health, ensuring timely adjustments as needed.
- Managed stakeholder expectations and maintained effective communication throughout the project.

2. IT Project Manager (3-Years Project Contract “2024-2027”) Project: Warranty and Maintenance of IT Infrastructure
- Managed the warranty and maintenance of IT infrastructure for the entire department and organization, leading the architecture and team to deliver cost-effective and reliable internal solutions. With a project budget of RM2,694,480, involved from project tender and initiation to project closing.
- Managed and monitored project specifications, ensuring successful delivery of all scope of work (SOW) as outlined in the tender documents.
3. IT Project Manager (7 Months; Dec’2024 – On going)
Project: Implementation of E-Wallet & VISA Card for Koperasi members.
Managed the design, development, and deployment of an e-wallet and Visa card system, providing members with cashless payment solutions. Partnered with Fasspay Sdn Bhd, leveraging white-label fintech solutions. Developed a secure, user-friendly e-wallet platform, enabling seamless transactions. Integrated Visa card services with banking infrastructure for secure digital payments.
The e-wallet and Visa card at Koperasi KPDRM are introduced as a strategic initiative to modernize the payment system, enhance financial convenience for members, and support the digital transformation of the koperasi.
• Transactions become faster, more secure, and cashless, allowing cooperative members to make digital payments without the need to carry cash or perform manual transactions and speeding up payment processing
• Members can enjoy cashback, discounts, and reward points when using the e-wallet and Visa card, adding value to every transaction
• This initiative aligns with the cooperative's digitalization efforts, making it more innovative, competitive, and relevant in the digital economy era while increasing member participation in the modern financial ecosystem.
4. ICT Project Manager (May’2017 – Oct 2017)
Project: Takeover Management PULSE Grande Hotel (Formerly Known as Putrajaya Shangri-La Hotel):
- Involve in handover hotel operator management from previous management to our company.
- Plan and design network architecture, find best solution and deploy new network ICT and system together with server infrastructure.
- Responsible and planning on budget, ensure cost effectiveness, IT asset contract and licensing.
- Oversee all phases of project for new system into hotel from conception to completion (Property Management System ”PMS” / Booking Engine / Channel Manager / POS System / Accounting System).
- Understand project scope and deliverables and manage project within timeline and cost. Ensure project is completed within budget and on time.
- Purchase the Domain (pulsegrande.com.my) and monitor expiry date.
- Purchase and setup website (www.pulsegrande.com.my) together with the cloud hosting.
- Setup mail office and server cloud storage.
- Register new ISP and find the best tune for upgrading internet speed.
- Implement on leasing of office desktop, laptop and printer equipment with keep track the asset management. Planning and execute the best antivirus for the organization.

- Plan and design network architecture, find best solution and deploy new network ICT infrastructure.
