AT&T ONBOARDING, FIBERAIL SDN BHD, 06/2017

  • Initiated and led Fiberail's onboarding as a vendor for AT&T. Collaborated with AT&T to identify strategic areas to serve and create a value proposition that will improve AT&T’s network design and cost structure.
  • Outcome: This project has created sales revenue of more than RM5million annually.


SOUTHERN GATEWAY PROJECT, FIBERAIL SDN BHD, 06/2016 

  • Main objective: Reduction of 3rd party cost for international connectivity. I provided solution related support to the team and assisted the team to prepare the commercial specifications for the tender document.
  • Outcome: Successfully reduced more than 50% of the 3rd party cost of RM60million annually.


PENGERANG PROJECT, FIBERAIL SDN BHD, 06/2016 

  • Team leader to set up connectivity into RAPID, Pengerang.
  • Outcome: The project was completed in June 2018 and secured multiple 1Gbps links from Petronas.


2ND LINK PROJECT, FIBERAIL SDN BHD, 06/2015

  • Part of the team to establish Malaysia-Singapore connectivity via the 2nd Causeway link;
  • Outcome: Secured multiple 100Gbps from TM to serve OTT providers.
