Joint Public Bank on 01/02/2012 as Frontline cashier/typist/cashier ,handling over the counter cash , daily deposit/remittance/investment transaction. Perform daily day-end balancing with pretty cash.
On 01/06/2016 ,promote as frontline executive .Currently in charge in ATM/CRM machine principle , perform SST cash balancing on daily basic .Also in charge in e-banking application for all personal and company .Handling customer complaint and any discrepancy matter related scam. Conduct CDD onboading and transaction handling .Perform cheque verification on all the cheque deposited in CDM machine on daily basic before transmitted to BNM. Opening of SA/FD/CA account and also handling on customer inquiries and request .Checking on all the vouchers of transaction during day-end to make sure posting in order and fulfill the compliance requirement. Cross-selling the potential products to new/existing customer on customer needed.
