- Directs and manages the production amount planning by considering factors such as planned/unplanned turnaround as well as authority inspections that require a full shutdown or partial shutdown of the plant. Continually monitor the performance of the production amount on a daily basis to comply with the established targets.
- Manage the process and quality control standards in place within the internal company/department requirements
- Make planning and review on ways to reduce the unit cost as a whole.
- Establish and identify the production and unit consumption (utilities, power, raw materials, loss). To review and produce measures in allowing the improvement of production as well as minimizing the unit consumption.
- Ensuring operation stability of the plant to achieving production target, to properly and quickly direct and manage any troubleshooting that occurs and ensure that there is an effective corrective actions in place.
- Ensure implementation of safety protocols and compliance measures across the organization.
- Establish the organization and target organization required. To identify key management areas that include shift management as well as the office staff within the department.
- To report on any incidents or accidents that occurred within the department to plant manager and other department GM's.

- Review the established roles and responsibility as well as the job description of each designations available within the department. The R&Rs and JD established are to be used in the form of KPIs as well.
