- Execute planned maintenance activities, and the implementation of preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on gas turbines, power generation, compression and mechanical drive sets and associated balance of plant systems (Centaur 50 / Taurus 60 & Taurus 70 / Mars 90 & Mars 100 / Titan 130)
- Involved in Engine & RGB change out activities.
- Effectively assist in the communication, notification, and the immediate investigation/inspection of equipment failure or abnormal operating limits and/or conditions without compromising safety.
- Support and assists with planned maintenance scheduling, materials, and resources through MAXIMO.
- Responsible for the documentation of Daily inspection logs, operations and maintenance activities, parts usage and inventory consumption.
- Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by direct management or supervisors.
- Maximize availability/reliability of equipment under the scope of the contract without compromising safety by performing twice daily package inspection on all equipment under Solar Turbines at site also assist customer in starting up or switching units when required.
- Perform upkeep and housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Be fully conversant and ensure compliance with Solar and customer HSSE policies and procedures.
- Strict adherence to the work permit system.
- Report any accidents or incidents, near misses, or safety observations through Hibiscus observation Card (HiOC) at customer side and Incident Management System (INI) at Solar Turbines side.
- Assists in the Root Cause Analysis process for failure or malfunctioning equipment cause and resolution and come out with Corrective Maintenance report on any troubleshooting or corrective maintenance job.
