• Preparing the daily cash flow forecast for the finance team review
• Perform on the assets process request; assets acquisition, in-house consumption, assets transfer, disposal of an assets, and fixed assets matters.
• Preparing on the KPI report for Fixed Assets, to check on the accuracy of of fixed assets, Turn around Time and coverage of fixed assets done by fixed assets PIC on monthly basis.
• Delivered timely responses to ad-hoc requests from subsidiaries and issues.
• Provide the documentation to external auditor
• Being a backup support PIC and guidance to the subordinate on the relevant task.
• Support SSC Manager in SSC matters; SST posting, WHT documentation, journal entries.

• Involve with Philippine Migration project knowledge transferon the treasury & closing process
• Generate financial statements and facilitated on account closing each months.
• Prepare & report the financial statement to the group
  company.
• Work closely with local finance or group company on
  monthly closing routine, issues raise
• Prepare & submit budget for small business unit and report to the subsidiary & group company.
• Resolved issues or issues rise from subsidiary side.

• Maintained customer, supplier, and general ledger master data.
• Ensured master data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
• Acted as point of contact for system users regarding master data issues.
• Supported GL team and contributed to standardization of master data processes.
