• Manage, plan, coordinate, and execute all M&E project site work for industrial projects.
• Lead a team of project engineers, project site supervisors, and safety supervisors to ensure proper project execution in an efficient and effective way.
• Attend meetings (technical meeting, commercial meeting, design meeting, internal alignment meeting, and site meeting).
• Attend Safety Management by Walk Around (SMBWA) line walk and Quality line walk.
• Liaise closely with the consultant and contractor to ensure proper construction work coordination and sequence to avoid mistakes and ensure compliance.

• Liaise with the contract department regarding the contract, specification, or drawing discrepancy before clarification with the consultant for requesting AI, EI, or SI and other contract issues.
• Prepare the method of statements (MOS), installation, Inspection Test Plan to the assign system and ensure work is executed based on MOS, Shop Drawings and schedule and in compliance with contract (BOQ) and consultant or client specification.
• Interface all parties, supervise and urge the engineers to achieve the project goals in accordance with the design and contract documents to meet the client’s expectations.
• liaise with client (System Owners, Area Owners, ), consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Manage & coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities to meet the project milestone.
• Review and ensure M&E design drawing and specifications on the functionality, practicality, construct ability, and head up to design team for any issue and proposed value-engineering aspects are complied.
• Monitor site work activities during the project implementation stage according to approved master programme.
• Ensure proper documentation is done with traceability for final production of as-built drawings and documentation.Responsible to maintain all construction records.
• Manage the construction schedule. Create and distribute a three-week look-ahead schedule; review with scheduler as needed to clarify input of current schedule impacts to the project master schedule. Have regular meetings with the Project Controls Manager to review adherence to the baseline schedule, identify risks and areas for improvement.

• Monitored daily progress on-site to maintain a clear understanding of challenges faced by the team members or any required adjustments in plans or schedules
