- Department: Production (operation)
- Carry out plant operation at solid cycle power 2 unit gas turbine 250MW, Mitsubishi Heavy Industry ltd Japan model M701F with 2 units MHI Heat recovery Steam Generator heating surface 223431 m2 and 1 unit MHI Steam Turbine 250MW.
- Assist Senior Block Operators responsible under the direction of the Rotation Manager in the work of operating operations A thermal generating unit comprising two units Gas Turbines, two units HRSG and one units Steam turbine with a capacity of 750 MW, including work on duty start up and shutdown of Gas Turbines, HRSG and Steam Turbines.
- Monitor plant technical performance and supply feedback to operation and maintenance department for corrective actions as and when required
- Perform routine/routine inspection work, inspection work, routine and periodic testing of all essential fittings for Gas Turbine ,HRSG plants and steam turbines.
- Perform supervision and supervision duties on boiler plant equipment and steam turbines, auxiliary machines so that everything is always in good condition and comply with all regulations of the safety act
- Perform isolation tasks on plant equipment and auxiliary machines that are damaged in accordance with the isolation procedures under the safety act to enable maintenance work to be carried out and oversee the plant and auxiliary machines in accordance with procedures and safety measures. set after the maintenance work is completed and the work permit is revoked
- Assist in investigation and trouble-shooting of plant operational problems.
- Participate in shutdown and commissioning activities especially after plant overhaul or major inspection
- Ensure regular tests of the plant protection, back up plants are carried out according to schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate or perform plant testing and diagnostic activities as scheduled or as and when required.
- Collect and analyze plant operational data and bring into review for necessary intervention by management as and when necessary.
- Complying and ensuring records of quality management system related to Production Planning based on ISO 55001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SEMS and 5S at all times.
- Complying with any instruction or measures on Occupational, Safety, Health and Environmental by TNB under OSHA (1994), FMA (1967) or any other relevant regulations from local authorities.
