Project Management and Operation

• Collaborate within internal parties (R&D) and external parties (DMC) to initiate and run body engineering related projects in New Model Development (Planning Phase, SE Activities), Production Preparation until Mass Production
• Preparing proposal, schedule, plan, execute and monitor progress of assigned sub-assembly process of New Model project.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement towards New Model Implementation resulting in effective cost manner, safe working environment, ease production process, maximized productivity and delivery of project within tight planning scheduled

Reverse Engineering

• Carrying out Simultaneous Engineering study to replicate actual Process Study (Welding assemble ) in a Virtual Simulation by using CATIA, CARROT 3 (C3) and AutoCAD
• Collaborates with others external department to exchange and get the latest technical update especially on welding equipment such as with Welding Gun, Robot, Sealer Dispenser System, etc.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with Quality Engineering in enhancing the quality of New Model during trial stage until Mass Production such as jig tuning, quality inspection etc

Facility Maintenance

• Establish SOP, conduct training for new equipment such as Yaskawa Robot, Nachi Robot, Heishin Dispenser Controller all related CKD and SMC parts.
• Created engineering documentation for manufacturing processes, equipment specifications and spare part of all new installed equipment.

Feb 2021-Feb 2023

• Set up New Line for D74A Model (New Roof Mix Line Process)

1) Manage to set up new mix line process within tight dateline and abnormal condition (Covid)

- Study & Simulation Phase (Feb'21-May'21) 4 Months

- Kick Off Meeting,PO, design stage, Approval Drawing

(May'21-Sept'21) 5 Months

- Material Ordering, Jig Fabrication, PDI

(Oct'21-Mac'22) 6 Months

- Installation, W-Try, W-TA Try, Pre PP, PP, Hinkaku

2) Manage to install new mix line process and work

accordingly with less than 5% VO (Variation Order)

3) Manage to increase the efficiency of the production by

improve the tact time from 144 sec to 118 sec (18% faster)

4) Manage to utilize limited space for installation of roof mixed

line with respect to workability and supply area

Feb 2021-Feb 2023

• Set up New Chassis Stamping Machine for D74A Model

1) Manage to install new chassis stamping machine and work

accordingly without major downtime issue with less

than 5% VO (Variation Order)

Mac 2023-Oct 2023

• Set up New Line for D66B Model (New Roof Mix Line Process)

1) Support and lead new engineer for schedule planning,

Locator Concept Drawing study, approval drawing, pre

delivery inspection until installation phase without major

downtime problem happened.

Nov 2023-Present

• Set up New Line for D01D Model (New Shell Part Exclusive Process)

1) Manage to improve previous model issue regrading

workability and part supply issue during simulation and

block layout study

2) Manage to introduce new concept layout for shell part based

on production feedback (Merge concept between Inner and

Outer Process)
