Marketing
Hired to continue the Media Network. Highest record of clientele in the Media Network hit 47 clients and a total of 170+ KOLs was recruited in which during this time helped retain and increased MYR15k MRR. During this time, our SOCMED have an increased following of at least 55%.
Works with intern/ part-timers for the company's SOCMED postings and develop email-writing content for existing clients. Produced a way of finding leads for sales to pursue.
Part of the job is to also up-sell existing clients the programme and other add-ons depending on the issues clients faced. Negotiation and closing deals are part of what I do on a daily basis.
Finance
Utilised Stripe, Xero & Maxio (Chargify) for issuing and collecting invoices/ payments from clients. Tabulated debts according to usage and issued invoice/ initiated the collection process. Adapted to the use of all 3 of these software and have extensive knowledge on the know-hows along with the processes.
Account Management
Managing and maintaining ongoing accounts of different clients. Varies from small venues to big venues. From venues that have multiple brands, venues under hotels as wells as venues from overseas brands. Priorities are to retain existing relationship by developing new relationships with the clients and rebuilt broken communications with existing clients and rebuilt relationship due to mishandling and mismanagement.
My tasks here includes collecting information of what my clients might need and identify new business opportunities to help increase sales.
Lead Generation
Worked on different lead generation tools to identify new business opportunities for to increase sales. Lead generation for sales team at Bali, Portugal, Malaysia and just newly venturing into Thailand, Philippines and Singapore with a newly launched product and better deals for restaurants that may have interest.
Ad-Hoc Projects
Helped the company on researching market in Europe for potential development in the region. At the same time, helped in better managing documentation with different applications online. Work on any tasks that was given by the Managing Director.
Tasks includes: Revising training documents to concurrent offerings by the company. Revising and update pitch decks against certain competitors with current offer.
Positioned in the Sales Departments and was tasked to research and produce a competitor analysis to train Sales Representative on the advantages and disadvantages of each competitor in Malaysia, Indonesia and Europe. During this time, the company is able to increase the market share to 54% and become #1 in terms of market share.
Later positioned in the Media Network Team when it went live. The team managed the Media Network with the an increasing number of clients at 25+ and 80+ KOLs.
Positioned in the HR Department and managed programs and events for the company. Was also given the opportunity to work in marketing, operations, talent management and film department over three months for different experiences.
Positioned in the Events Department and was given the opportunities to deal with clients and the know-hows of negotiating the best for the projects.
Sourced and dealt with suppliers for items needed for events. Was later also given the opportunities to help out ticketing department to help manage the customers data for It's The Ship.
