  • Providing first and second level of IT support to the Northern region of Indium Corporation
  • Main facilities which taken care was MYP 2 BATU KAWAN, TECHUB QUEENSBAY PENANG, PEN - GTW LOGISTIC FACILITY
  • Ensuring high availability in day-to-day operations by providing technical assistance in supporting all incidents related to: Desktop/Laptop, OS and Application, Printer and Peripherals, Approved mobile unit, User credential and access, Local Area Network
  • Escalate issues according to department
  • Ensure company networks stability
  • Conduct consistent network backup operations
  • Set up new user's accounts and profiles and deal with password issues (AD, E-Mail, VPN, etc.)
  • Maintain proper records of assets, software licenses, procedural documentations, and reports

  • To plan contingency and support robustness from users IT support perspective
