* Follow-up with Agents on loan approval / documentation from purchasers, bankers, and solicitors.
* Ensure Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) are signed and stamped in a timely manner.
* Liaise with SPA solicitors for SPA signing and stamping.
* Prepare and update on loan approval status & SPA signing status.
* Ensure all relevant agreements on sales of properties are duly documented.
* Ensure all sales data are updated and captured in the property system.
* To monitor and ensure all complete documents for file conversion.
* To assist the Manager to carry out credit control / sales administration activities.
* Responsible and develop and ensure effective and efficient work plan, to allow monitoring and tracking of the billings / collections / loan documentations to achieve the target / performance of the department.
* To complete and clear internal and outgoing mails.
* To monitor and ensure that the progress billing invoices are generated according to the completion stage of the Architect's / Consultant's certificate received.
* To analyze and evaluate problems affecting the department and recommend solutions to solve problems.
* To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, correspondences, report, filing, and records are consistent with office guidelines and standard SOP.
* To submit loan status, billings & collections report on a timely basis.
* To submit Ad-hoc reports as and when required.
* Responsible for liaising with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors, and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
