Lead Instrument Technician

  • Lead and supervise instrument technicians to perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs and overhauls on all offshore equipment associated with instrumentation envelope.
    • Responsible maintenance and knowledgeable with Pegaga Honeywell PCS unit.
    • On-site responsibility for maintenance of all instrument equipment associated with the producing facilities and support facilities. Capable of organizing, planning, troubleshooting and working independently.
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, and repairs on all offshore equipment associated with motor instrument controls and switches, PCS, Fire & Gas System, etc.
    • Plans and supervises Critical Device Function Testing, routine / preventative maintenance on instrument equipment example, PSVs, BDVs, SIS etc. Update data and review findings with supervisor.
    • Provide training, coaching and mentoring for Instrument Technicians, monitor performance and identify other training requirements.
    • Train and develop subordinates to achieve a high competency level in MP TCMS program.
