· In 2007, I was trained and molded to deploy Malaysia’s Made-For -You conversion. Through a path whereby I was recognized as an Operations Consultant back then with my Cheras Area team managers and crew people, in delivering and set up, McDonald’s Taman Connaught as the APMEA [ASIA PACIFIC MIDDLE EAST AFRICA] MFY Seed Store and training base for market; as well as countries from Middle East, India, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.
· I contributed in saving cost of almost RM50, 000 for the market stores by innovatively putting ideas into actions on salvaging the old single sided UHC and converting to double side for the prep assembly line.
· Helps to revise the new store opening small wares list and MFY conversion small wares list. This has translated to a total saving of RM194, 448 in 2010.
· Creatively developed effective Operations Guidelines with innovative approach for every marketing promotion with visual that help in improved operations execution and increased promotion performances by the market stores operationally. This has been shared with APMEA regional as best practices.
· I also play an active role in organizing quarterly NABIT Parcel meetings. Works independently with cross functional and event management team in organizing fun meetings within the budget.
· Successfully organized HQ Gateway SM Convention to Hong Kong in 2009 & Singapore 2014. Determine priorities to work from beginning till the end of the event– agenda, roles and assignment of individual committee members, conduct meeting with SMC team members and discuss expectations.
