Also I coordinate a Tooling maintenance activities required to meet quality standards through quality methodology. I also monitor advice and support on the performance of the Tools Management System and produces data and report on Tooling performance or productive production Output. In maintaining the quality demands adaptation to customer expectations, I provide technical support and anticipate production problem, identifying and resolve technical process problem related to material, tooling and equipment capability. These include Tooling management systems such as Total Tooling Productive Maintenance, and Methodologies such as Continuous Improvement.

• Successfully implement and establish Tooling Management System and methodology for Total Productive Tooling Maintenance.
• Reduced tooling downtime from 35% per month to 15% per month.
