Prepare technical reports and summarize findings related to technical problems experienced while testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Also assist in identifying deficiencies in processes/procedures and escalate production issues to lead technicians, supervisors and engineering, ensuring productivity goals are met.

• Work on multiple product types
• Access and update Configuration Editor settings by utilizing sales order/BOM (SAP); utilize all resources available to identify components by inspecting the tool, reviewing the pass down, and, cross-referencing with sister tools
• Measure resistance/continuity/voltage by using digital multi-meters
• Set up specialized equipment (leak checker/dummy load/bird watt meter/VI Probe) by gathering required fixtures
• Write tasks on non-conformance issues internal (NCi's), coordinate with PSS as required, and identify issues and improvements; decide if rework is doable by Test Technician, Assembly Tech, or another department; escalate as needed
• Perform leak checks by utilizing appropriate equipment and procedures (Cell Fusion and KM Matrix)
• Indicate tasks are complete by utilizing I-marking, SQIP marks, and use of Swagelok go/no go gauges
• Create detailed MFG tasks covering skipped steps, document abnormal conditions and tool reminder"

-Taking care for Machine spare part, Machine major down, Machine major down, Machine jam rate, Overkill monitoring, Socket off monitoring and Ensure PM effectiveness.

Shift Coordinator: 2016-2018

(Level 3 BOP/TOP/COP Area)

-Coordinate shift technician (A shift)

-Check and monitor for the machine Health

-Arrange for OT/shift coverage/support

-Escalation process and Align with production supervisor for output target and Request for machine allocation for the maintenance.

-Monitor Technician break time violation and the Attendance
