1. Create programming documentation,full work instruction,cnc programming for 3 axis and 3+1 axis by using Mastercam:

-Version 9(year 2017)

-X6,X7 (year 2018-2022)

-2020,2021 (year 2022-2025)

2. Understanding the operation of drawing required by customer and cnc milling equipment,jig design and improve clamping method.

3. Setting up and maintaining computer manufacturing and products machines.

4. Programming precision computer equipment according to per-job specification.

5. Ability to read engineering drawing & others documentation.

6. Maintain good 5S, safety and health standards.

1. Produces machine parts by programming, setting up and operating CNC machines.

2. Create programming documentation,full work instruction,cnc programming for 3 axis

3. Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspection on work piece using caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, pin & plug gauges and visually conforms to specifications.

4. Performance daily, weekly and monthly CNC maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement.

-Prepare cnc programmes using CADCAM programming (mastercam version 9 and master x6)

-do the RnD job, make the jigs, programmes, solve problem

-responsible to operate cnc milling vertical to ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with

-support production to achieve target in terms of quality and quantity

-support production (to operate milling conventional,sandblasting,grinding,laser welding)

-trouble shooting machine problems, to maintain the productivity and quality level of the machines and modify/improve machine where applicable

-set up and converted the production machines when necessary to produce the required products

-maintain accurate machines maintenance records and documentation of machine drawings

-assist engineers to train / quality operators on machine operation or minor repair

-assist engineers to install and set up new equipment

-daily housekeeping routines 5S

-Prepare cnc programmes using CADCAM programming (mastercam version 9 and master x6)

-do the F.A job, make the jigs, programmes, solve problem

-responsible to operate cnc milling vertical and horizontal to ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with

-using cmm machines to checking the parts (ipqa/ipqc)

-support production to achieve target in terms of quality and quantity

-trouble shooting machine problems, to maintain the productivity and quality level of the machines and modify/improve machine where applicable

-set up and converted the production machines when necessary to produce the required products

-maintain accurate machines maintenance records and documentation of machine drawings

-assist engineers to train / quality operators on machine operation or minor repair

-assist engineers to install and set up new equipment

-troubleshooting machine problems to maintain the productivity and quality level of teh machines and modify / improve machines where applicable

-set up and convert the production machines when necessary to produce the required products

-learning and responsible in cnc milling machine

-learn and operate milling conventional machine, grinding machine and lathe machine

-responsible to assemble the parts of the jobs
