- Responsible for attending emails and calls from all parties like overseas agents, hauliers, carriers, customers etc.
- Manage container washing /damage fee with carriers, overseas agents and haulier including dispute and refund.
- Manage urgent unstuffing arrangement with the warehouse if requested by consignees.
- To make sure all revise information/documents up to date in the system and update them to the respective department.
