• Providing professional legal advice on all issue related to Expatriate employment in Malaysia for various industries and in assisting company to apply for Employment Pass/work permit and related passes for their expatriate to work in Malaysia
• Liaises with all parties involved in the application process for documents and information required for preparing application documents (DP11, DP11A, PVP, LTSVP, TOE)
• Advises clients on simple immigration application procedures
• Prepare application documents and compiles for submission
• Prepare payment voucher of government fees and other disbursements
• Oversaw visa and immigration service process, resolving issues.

• Responsible for Transcribes formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, and data
• Dealing with the foreigners passport in Immigration Dept
• Arrange visa, student visa and also passport for foreigners worker.

• Assisted in counting stocks and sending reports to headquarter
• Assisted Officer to organize training and motivation program for officers and staff
