• Tool and Jig Design - Successful in the implementation of research and technology transfer of Ultra-Thin Keypad technology using TPU from Japan Development Centre. This encompassed a 3 month stint in Fukushima,Japan for the research and a 6 month running implementation at the local factory in Shah Alam.
• Manufacturing Technology Transfer to Malaysia Plant - Overall Project and Technical Manager of production transfer from Tochigi, Japan Factory to Shah Alam, Malaysia. Encompassing, translation, SOP Preparation, Pre-Production, Design Manuals, Proudction Trial Run and Customer Presentation.
• Sony Ericsson Sweden ( Lund Design Centre ) - Part of the Sony Ericsson Design Team for new project development, frequent travels to Lund,Sweden for Design input for manufacturability. Based in Sweden representing company for 6 months.
• Nokia Finland Design Centre - Similar scope as above for Nokia in Finland.
• Sony Ericsson USA based in Research Triangle Park, Charlotte, North Carolina - similar capacity and job scope as above.
• Business Development at Innovia Films - Managed to convince customer in Thailand and Vietnam to migrate to Innovia produced films through intense technical trials to provide customer on the reliability and cost savings.
• Law Degree @ 51 years old ( University Malaya ) - Challenged myself to complete my lifelong passion to read law and understand the Malaysia Law. Completed the programme in 3 years as a matured student.
