In this project, I was the overall Test Manager for the bank's unsecured workstream, primarily overseeing the test management of conversion and functional UATs for the bank's credit card system, bank loyalty points and unsecured loans.
- Contracted to a large regional life insurance company working as IT Delivery for IFRS 17 reporting solution implementation in Kuala Lumpur. In this project, I was assisting the IT Delivery lead in the local IT implementation of various project deliverables. This included preparation of regular updates to local and regional stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, facilitating hypercare activities post go-live and local IT infrastructure support.
