FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY OFFICER

  • Validating product shelf-life by obtaining and documenting any evidence that proves that the shelf- life of yoghurt products are accurate and/or identify changes in the products after its expiry date and discuss to improve the shelf life of the products
  • Assists in Finished Goods Temperature Validation by conducting chemical and microbiological tests
  • Assists in Validation of OPRP 3 for Culture Milk Drink and Yoghurt products Sealing to validate the OPRP sealing parameter
  • Prepare sensory samples to determine quality criteria by which raw materials and finished products may be graded and classified
  • Review quality management system documentation especially lab tests methods in order to effectively support Food Safety and Quality system
  • Review Certificate of Analysis of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials with New Product Development (NPD) specifications to find out the new changes or missing parameters in the specifications
  • Assists in External Audits to update the Training Records, TSA Truck Calibration Data and Lab Equipment Calibration Data in the system and prepared the documents accordingly
  • Assists in Traceability of Incoming Materials and Packaging Materials
  • Assists in daily Quality Control Tests on Culture Milk Drink and Yoghurt products by conducting microbiological and chemical tests
  • Assists in reviewing HACCP on Product Description ( Raw Materials, Ingredients & Packaging Materials) and Process Inputs of products
  • Identify and review new version of External Documents such as FSSC 22000, Food Act 1983, ISO 22000:2018, MS1480:2019
  • Keeps detailed records of Incoming Testing Materials, Packaging Materials, Validation Reports, Finished Goods Product Records and keep workplace is clean, tidy and safe
  • Assists in Environmental Hygiene Swab Test, prepare media and chemicals for microbiological and chemical tests
