Inhouse trainer for scaffolding, insulation and use of RCF (refractory ceramic fiber). COMPETENCY: - Scaffolding level 1 & 2, Scaffolding Inspector, Painting Inspector (BGAS), Train the Trainer certificate.

• Successfully developing and pioneering 3 years Civil ISC (Integrated Service Contract) for civil engineering department on control improvements which helped the company a cost saving of MYR 18.5 Mil.
• Successful in improving refractory quality through Plant Change inside the Boiler, Furnace, Hot Oil Furnace and Incinerator, saving the company a potential loss of USD 2 million per day in terms of production value.
• Successful implementation of GAME (Global Asset Management Excellence) which helped the company in managing the assets in the Plant.
