DiGi Project V4 & PMC (Central, Eastern, Southern, Sarawak & Sabah Region)

• To track and manage projects progress end to end
• To support client on project delivery and solving issues
• To manage in-house and sub-contractor on construction, implementation and commissioning
• To coordinate on survey, implementation and documentation team on timely document submission to client
• To ensure Project Bill of Quantities (BOQ), PO and Invoice to be in place
• To liaise with internal, client and vendor’s Logistics & Warehouse, on material request, collection and shipment
• To work closely with client on project meetings, updates and discussion

DiGi New Sites Rollout

• To manage Rollout Project end to end
• To track on Pre-production Stage of Site Acquisition, Letter of Intent (LOI)/Tenancy Agreement, and Local Authorities/Local Councils submission.
• To coordinate on Production Stage of site construction, equipment installation, integration and commissioning, as well as organizing with 3rd party vendor.
• To manage on Post-production Stage of site documentation preparation, site acceptance and SSV/SSO activities.

DiGi Upgrade Sites

• To support client’s Upgrade requested by different Stakeholders
• To manage client’s Regional Office request on Upgrade requirement on top of the existing Work Order
• Radio Network Planning – equipment (card, RRU, antenna) upgrade, RF antenna optimization work, Bi-Sector antenna upgrade etc
• Access Transmission Planning – ODF/DDF racks installation, link re-route activity, transmission equipment upgrade and replacement etc

Huawei Project – Celcom (2G Swap – 150 sites/month)

• To track project progress from end to end
• To ensure project resources is adequate from time to time
• To work closely with client on project timeline and issues
• To coordinate with client on material delivery, skylift/crane for project usage
• To work hand in hand with technical support team for excellent project flow
• To coordinate with in-house and subcon team on survey & implementation work
• To coordinate and assist on document to be processed on time for submission
• To assist on project tender and RFI request from clients
• To prepare BOQ, sign-off documents (ESAR,PAC) for invoice purpose

Huawei Project – Maxis NGBB

• To track project progress from end to end
• To ensure project resources & material are adequate from time to time
• To work closely with client on project timeline and issues
• To liaise with internal logistics & warehousing lead for materials collection & delivery
• To liaise closely with relevant authorities on permitting for OSP work
• To work hand in hand with implementation team (in-house & subcon) for excellent project flow
• To analyze on team & project performance, from time to time, to enhance department process flow

ZTE Project – P1 & U Mobile

• To track project progress from end to end
• To ensure project resources is adequate from time to time
• To work closely with client on project timeline and issues
• To liaise with logistics & warehousing departments for materials collection & delivery
• To coordinate and assist on document to be processed on time for submission
• To prepare BOQ, sign-off documents (ESAC,PAC) for invoice purpose
• To prepare monthly project updates for management review
• Close to RM2 million invoice achieved in 2010

• Work closely with superiors and team members to ensure all target set by company is achieved
• Prepare and conduct briefing/training to contractors and internal department members on Huawei equipment to be implemented.
• Provide technical support on Huawei equipment, on integration and troubleshooting
• Fully in-charge of ICNI rollout for Northern Region.
• Coordinate closely with CME and planners departments for ICNI preparation and start work.
• Prepare and issue MCRF to contractors, and work closely with budget holder departments and logistics for smooth and on time material collection.
• Follow up on ICNI site progress with contractors, and ensure job completion within company’s KPI.
• Prepare sites ICNI acceptance/integration schedule, and distribute to all related internal and external parties.
• Ensure acceptance/integration to be carried out successfully as per scheduled.
• Achieve and exceed company sites rollout target for year 2007 – 2009.

• Co-ordinate with customers for Technical Site Surveys (TSS), Acceptance (ASS), Punch List Clearance (PLC) and As-built (ACCW) of CME sites.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• To conduct BTS knowledge training to internal tester, installation team.
• To liaise with vendors/client regarding major faults such as VSWR alarm, equipment hardware fault, power failure etc.
• To liaise with logistic warehouse for BTS materials collection.
• Huawei – Celcom 3G Project (Phase II) 63 sites
• To carry out NodeB BTS3812A & BTS3812E commissioning work and testing calls on newly installed 3G site.
• To perform integration of new site by working on RNC RBS6800 part.
• To conduct site handover with customer.
• To work closely with Project Manager and customer in enabling testing and commissioning work to be carried out smoothly.
