- PLC online troubleshooting, upload and download programs and modify existing program. Familiar with plc model; S7 S300/400, S1500, online diagnostic software; TIA Portal and Simatic manager, programming language; ladder diagram, statement list, block diagram and S7 graph. Involve in PLC program modification for machine improvements, such as modify machine's auto sequence in S7 graph, add safety interlocks, add new alarm functions, add new sensors and etc. Familiar with HMI models, Simatic HMI Touch Panel KTP400 Basic mono, KTP600 basic color, KTP700 comfort, TP700 comfort, TP1500 comfort and HMI key panel.
- AC Drive troubleshooting using siemens drive monitoring, sinamics starter and start drive, ex. download, upload and change drive parameters using sinamics starter or start drive (TIA Portal), perform motor identification test and force run motor from starter control panel. Familiar with drive model, siemens sinamics S120 and G120 series and Familiar with profinet communication.
