• Planing to run ahead of plan with planing department to avoid line being idle.

• Reduced chemical usage for conveyor lubrication through engineering control by 50%. Estimated saving RM 15 000/yr.
• Reduced waiting for batching time by 4 hours via time study management and understanding product requirements. Estimated saving RM 624 000/yr
• Plant total syrup yield yearly saving RM 2 million, via engineering control and increasing product circulation time to avoid product flushing and having longer production runs.
