  • Have attended and practise Solution Focused Coaching. I do Coaching with my agents and get good results.
  • I also practise Accelerated Learning. I incorporate Accelerated Learning n my trainings to make learning more interesting. It also help participants to learn more effectively during training.
  • Training does not only involves delivering the knowledge to our participants but is our responsibility as a trainer, that participants take back what they learnt during the training and put it to good use.
