  • Manage and oversee the ultra-pure water (UPW) system for Micron Memory Malaysia by implementing a series of treatment method to achieve the required water purity standards as below: MMF → ACF → 1st Pass RO → 2nd Pass RO → EDI → TOC UV → Polishing Mixed Bed → UV Sterilization → Final Filter
  • Monitor water quality parameters such as resistivity, conductivity, total organic carbon (TOC), and pH level
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and resolve operational issues for the UPW systems
  • Daily maintain accurate records of water quality data for reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Manage the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) system by designing and determining the best treatment process such like H2SO4 dosing, NaOH dosing, coagulant dosing, polymer dosing, and antifoam dosing based on the generated wastewater type (BG, DS, IW)
  • Prepare compliance reports for regulatory authorities and ensure all the discharged wastewater meets environmental standard called the ISO 14001, ultimately minimizing the environmental impact
  • Investigate and address technical issues related to WWTP system such like sludge build-up, chemical imbalance, and equipment malfunctions
  • Identify opportunities to recycle and reuse the treated WW to minimize environmental impact and reduce operational costs
