- To assist Project Manager in completion of SayaDigital, Derantau, MDEC Corporate Website and Malaysia Digital development projects and documentations.
- Evaluating and managing oversight on daily project executions but not limited to daily scrum's ceremony, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospective sessions.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to assess and provide recommendations on the integration of new requests into the existing application, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Supporting the project manager by facilitating the seamless processing of vendor billing operations.
- Raise Change Order (CO) based on requirements from CAB. (Change Advisory Board).
- Schedule timelines and deadlines within the team
according to development phases to achieve the
project deliverables. - Establish various flow of practices to handle bugs/fixes, availability of man days and user stories in Atlassian Jira.
- Ensure constant collaboration and communication
amongst stakeholders, Product Owner and Scrum
Team to achieve maximum efficiency. - Communication platforms used is Microsoft Office
365, Project On The Web & Accelerator, Jira. - Facilitate communication between internal personnel, contractors and vendors for project cohesion.
