- Short Term Assignment at ams-Osram Regensburg,Germany (16 Jun 2022- 13 March 2023) and Start Up team member for FEK2 plant (automated plant using AMHS)
- Support recipe creation/tuning, disposition lot, golden wafer monitoring, perform activity split,scrap using PROTOS system and responsible for packing wafer, Smifpod ,shipping and receiving goods at Pilotline.
- Assist Engineer for follow up tool KLA Circle 8930 installation with KLA Vendor and KLA Apps Engineer for STR /tool matching activity.
- Assist EI Engineer and AMHS Engineer follow up on SECS/GEM and E84 handheld test.
- Assist Engineer for recipe transfer from Pilotline and recipe registration inside Critical Manufacturing MES system.
- Responsible for tool KLA Circl 8930 & Pick Force (FEMTO TOOL)
- Assist Engineer on recipe creation, recipe setting, retune an Alignment failed and data transfer issue.
- Assist Engineer to perform Gage R&R data collection ,tool matching and Engineering evaluation running lot.
- Support troubleshooting/recovery tool interruption, wafer stuck at stage/robot arm,software hang and reboot tools.

- Assist Engineer on SPC channel set up and recipe register/version update at CM MES.

- Responsible on inline detector , EPI yield, line yield performance and lot disposition at FOL & EOL process.
- Monitor Yield performance product for inline, USM, AVI scanning using Discover Server, E-Datens Maps, US Maps and AVI Yield verification for line sustainable.
- Generate and update the Defect Library and Control Catalogue for all modules
- Handle relevant IT systems (e.g. Protos, E-Tag, Power BI, SPACE Navigator) to identify and document process peculiarities and deviations
- Perform 1st Analysis data report for immediately shutdown affected tool and trigger Product owner/Process Engineer.
- Daily analyze data, identify issue and yield for material disposition.
- Arrange/perform Chip pick up for FIB Cut, SEM/EDX requested if observed abnormality on defect.
- Perform VI and measurements for cosmetic defect,DICD,FICD and Overlay box of product.
- Support PIE, DDE & NPI Engineer on evaluation, PPCM, investigation on misprocess and follow up line issue in production.
- Support perform CANDELA & SP1 particle check scanning, run AFM machine analysis and bow measurement tool for data collection.
- Support LOD Engineer & Process Engineer for monitoring and set up SPC Channel, Parameter & etc.
- Assist Engineer for packaging, shipping, receiving lot and Responsible for PIE Engineering Store update

- Monitor SPC, Engineering activity and perform measurement data collection at Metallization module for thickness & reflectivity at Elipsometer, Pekin Elmer and 4Point Probe tool.
- Monitor and plan target material(AU,Ag,Sn,PT, Nickel) usage for Clusterline tools and Communicate with Process Engineer, Equipment & Maintenance for tool downtime.
- Responsible for handling nobel material top up, transaction material record for Au,Ag, Pt,Ti,Ni,Sn & etc, 4 eyes activity and perform inventory checking EOL before update at SAP system.
- 5S Team leader, KAIZEN team member and Involve with workshop for discussing strategy at CLN tool (Topic:-Capacity, misprocess + Solution, Process dedication, process/recipe change, planning lot run and bottleneck tool) in Metallization module.
- Responsible follow up with Process Engineer for lot disposition and investigation for any abnormality observed in module production area.
- Support operate tool at backend process on 3rd Optical 100% VI process.
