-To ensure overall Cabin Crew Performance Management KPI aligned with Company's direction and goals (PMS, CPA, eVR,)

-To update In-Flight Services Manual and meet the revision datelines
-Responsible to newly hired crew for all their IT requirement eg access to CWP via NCMS,BPM,Aerodocs and GD listing

-Such other duties assigned by Assistant Manager, Standards & Performance
