Born and raised in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Fatin Noor Aiza began her professional journey as an English language educator and evolved into a dynamic entrepreneur and executive leader. Her multidisciplinary career is rooted in education, enriched by business acumen, and defined by strategic leadership.
Fatin holds a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from Kolej University Poly-Tech MARA, Kuala Lumpur, where she was awarded a 90% tuition scholarship. She went on to earn a Bachelor of English with Honors, majoring in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), and later completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in TESL from UNITAR International University, Petaling Jaya.
During her academic years, she actively pursued hands-on experience. She volunteered as a teacher trainee at the British Council Kuala Lumpur and completed her teaching practicum at Sekolah Kebangsaan Convent Jalan Peel. Upon graduation, she was selected under the Terengganu Hired English Language Personnel (T-HELP) program, teaching at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Dungun. During the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, she also contributed to language education at Ace Language Centre, Mont Kiara.
Her transition from teaching to the corporate world was marked by a strong focus on strategic operations, data analytics, and executive support. She has served as a Special Officer at Karyaloka Sdn Bhd and later joined Arena Rigel Sdn Bhd as both a Corporate Relations Officer and Data Analyst. In parallel, she co-founded and currently operates FNF Global Resources, a business venture focused on sustainable growth.
Currently, Fatin is the Managing Director of MI4.INC, a Delaware-based company, where she oversees global operations remotely from Kuala Lumpur. Her expertise spans policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and protocol management. She is known for her analytical precision, leadership discretion, and commitment to delivering sustainable value.
