• Prepare a heating element for thicker metal or piping to reduce hydrogen cracking, reduce hardness of the weld-heat affected zone (HAZ) and reduce shrinkage stress during cooling.
• The heating element equipment was repaired and maintained with the use of safety materials.
• Worked for oil and gas production including at the central processing platform (CPP), wellhead platform (WHP) and Jacket platform.
• Basic system technical troubleshoot method was carried out while inspecting and testing machines for problems.
• Performed equipment diagnostics to recommend corrective actions for operational problems.
• Well-understood the planning and scheduling system to perform the working process.
